Marian is wonderful and always trys to help clients any way she can as well. All the staff are kind and thoughtful. Florida Lakes Spa blew me away by the care they provided me! I truly felt like a VIP! Marion Hand the manager is outstanding. She got me in quickly and researched my unique case. She was so pleasant and professional. At one point there were three people in the room putting their heads together to make certain that they gave me the best care…..something effective, preventative, and something I would feel comfortable with. They listened to my concerns and never made me feel rushed. Instead of just telling me what to do they took my desires into account. They took time to educate me and were not pushy in the least even offering me samples of skincare. I don’t believe I’ve ever received this level of service. Thank you for far exceeding my expectations ❤️
